This position has required me to be flexible and has challenged me to further develop my design skills. I have had to work with strict deadlines and both print and digital medias. I have worked to help develop their social media presence to give their marketing a boost, and have helped create cohesive designs for their marketing on all platforms. The size of this company has offered me many opportunities to get my hands in a variety of fields from their semi-annual publication and their social media accounts.

These publications have been some of the most difficult and most rewarding projects I have worked on. I have been involved in five issues of TIVOL's in house magazine, and I worked on these three issues from start to finish. This work included concept development, creative direction, product selection, design, and more on a tight deadline: our typical timeline allows only 2-3 months for the entire publication to be created by our team of three which includes me, a photographer and a marketing manager.
The Spring Mailer was our most recent project as we transition the magazine from a semi-annual publication to an annual one. The mailer allowed me to get creative and work closely with our in-house photographer to create the vision I wanted. I directed a photoshoot with three models, three locations and countless pieces of jewelry; the day was one of the most stressful and yet rewarding days I have had while working at TIVOL.

Event advertising is key to our sales and helps us get our name out to new consumers. We mostly use social media advertising, but occasionally place print ads as well as banner ads on popular websites.
Social media posts give me creative freedom and one of my favorite things to do is a stop motion video. These break up the monotony of typical posts.
Snapchat filters are another way to get our name out to a different target viewer. This helps us potentially become a household name and can help us gain popularity with younger clientele.
