I took part in an internship with a grassroots organization hoping to empower local leaders to end extreme poverty in eastern Congo. This provided me with many opportunities to help them create cohesive design across the many platforms Mavuno uses, including social media. I worked to create many images for their social media platforms, and helped to use this content to ensure more regular posting, especially on their Instagram. During my first three months their followers on Instagram increased from just under 100 to almost 300. As I continued to work I created images for them which helped portray various aspects of their brand and produced a cohesive brand identity style guide to allow their brand to expand but stay consistent.
